We had a nice time in the small hotel village. The pool and surrounding area where you can hangout is very very beautifully made and relaxing in the pool is nice here.
It's a bit outside of the Kuta city hotspot, so you need a scooter (which you can get there as well) to get around, and the roads before the hotel can be challengingly muddy after big rain.

We had an amazing few days at this hotel. The entire team is incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help us with anything we needed.
The hotel is very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting, and the internet works great, ideal if you need to work from there. The breakfast is delicious, and the pool is always very clean and beautiful. There's a peaceful atmosphere that makes the stay even better. You can rent a motorbike at the hotel, and they can even help you with laundry.
We want to thank the entire team, and especially Romy, who helped us get to the airport at 4 a.m. when the Grab we had booked never showed up. It was such a relief to have her help.
Thank you so much for everything; we hope to return soon.

Very nice hotel, incredible staff ❤️Thank you to Vanessa, Linda, and Romy who took perfect care of us.
The room was very clean, the pool very pleasant. Just a small downside was the breakfast, but nothing that detracted from our stay.

The room was nice, right in front of the pool. The front yard was full of vegetable plants. Very homey... really felt at home. The television-free concept made us feel truly rested...

We really liked our accommodation and even got upgraded to a larger room!
We had a choice of sweet and savory dishes at breakfast, which was very nice.
In our accommodation, the bathroom was outdoors, which was very pleasant, and we really enjoyed the experience. It was a little more annoying when it rained, but fortunately it didn't last long!
The location is quite good. There's a slightly bumpy road to access the resort that gets muddy in the rain, but it's fine, as we were driving.
The pool is very beautiful and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at RaCottage. The place is cozy, comfortable, quiet and perfectly located, but what really made the difference was the hospitality. The staff treated us so well and made us feel at home from the very beginning. A special mention to Linda, who was always there to help us with anything we needed. Her kindness and support truly made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

I love this place!
In this price class it’s one of the best I’ve stayed in around the world.
Their rooms are spacious, the ACs work like a dream, hot showers are great, beds are comfy, it’s always clean, breakfast is included (simple yet good) and all around I’d give 5 stars! They sorted my laundry, I rented a scooter here, talked a lot to the staff.. what more could you ask for?

The property is wonderful, room are spacious, the staff is lovely, you have fresh breakfast every day, the pool is so clean and globally the vibe is so chill and relaxing. We stayed for 9 nights and we’d love to come back.
If you rent a scooter, be careful with the renting place just in front of the hotel, they gonna try to charge you for a second helmet, which is not normal, but their scooter and helmets are the best quality we had in Kuta.

Wow, you get what you pay for. A little expensive for Lombok, but still a 5 star for us !! Staff were amazing, the place was even better. A little piece of paradise in Kuta, which is a paradise itself !

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and can highly recommend it! The staff was extremely kind and the hotel is located in a quiet area, though you need a scooter to get to the city and the hotel is currently under construction, meaning there are some construction noises during the day. The rooms are extremely clean and nicely decorated. The hotel also offers transport to the airport to a reasonable price and laundry service. Unfortunately our white clothes came out extremely yellow which is a bummer but beyond that, we had a great time!

Everything was so good. We have been 6 days and if we could, we will be more time. The family and the workers are so polite and so friendly, they help us to find a driver who pick up us from bangsal.
Then the rooms are totally cleaned without any bad smell. Breakfast also is good.
The location is out of kuta but in three minutes in scooter you will be in the center.

A quiet place to enjoy holidays or even work. If you are a digital nomad, you will definitely love working from here. Fast internet access, calm and comfortable atmosphere, delicious food. Complete!
Even as holiday accommodation, RaCottage is the place to be. Whether on holiday alone or with family. Our children really enjoyed swimming here. The location is not far from the busy center in Mandalika, but also maintains a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
Once you're here, you don't feel like going anywhere else. Enjoy the calm atmosphere of the cottage by reading a book, surfing the internet, watching TV, lying down, or just enjoying a cup of coffee. Oh yes! You can enjoy unlimited coffee or tea, the cottage provides it in the restaurant area.

Stayed in a bungalow for over a month and have no complaints, best staff, good atmosphere, spacious comfy, clean rooms. They also can look after everything like scooter rentals, washing etc

We stayed here for over a month and really enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast (I think we ate omlette for 33days in a row lol). Good speed and stable wifi. Nice and big rooms. Housekeeping staff was really active - our rooms was cleaned almost every day. Really calm and quiet environment. Also super safe we never locked the door. 5 min drive from kuta centre and alfamart right before pulling in from main street so all in all great!!

The best place to stay in Kuta! Very friendly and lovely team and so responsive! They will help you with everything immediately. Everything is very clean and so cosy! Also a good work vibe in the lobby and a nice pool. Stayed there almost 2 months and loved it!

Facilities are clean, in a good condition and looks like new (dont know when they opened).
Swimming pool clean and comfortable sunloungers.
Very comfy matress and pillow, sheets impolluted. AirCon works smooth and well.
Location is perfect if you want to chill, rest and need calm. I was breathing peace.
Anyways, this friendly people make everything way better than the good it already is.

Perfect ♥️♥️♥️ we extended our stay for a week because we loved the team (sweetest staff), food, rooms and the atmosphere. This place makes you feel like home. The rooms were super clean and everyday the staff welcomes you with a smile and kindness. We will come back hopefully next week because we had the best time at Ra cottage. 🙏

Staff were lovely, very efficient, clean rooms, affordable and great pool. The place is set out of the town but it’s easy to rent a bike (which they’ll source for you) and ride into town. I would stay again!
