+ Very clean and tidy, great chill area at the pool+ Sourroundings are kept in very good shape, lots of greenish everywhere+ Staff is veeery friendly+ Great price value+ Loved the breakfast- There was only one powerplug next to the bunk bed- Scooter parking is a bit unorganised- Not much space on drying racks for wet clothes, towels

Can’t recommend enough this place ❤️The property is wonderful, room are spacious, the staff is lovely, you have fresh breakfast every day, the pool is so clean and globally the vibe is so chill and relaxing. We stayed for 9 nights and we’d love to come back.If you rent a scooter, be careful with the renting place just in front of the hotel, they gonna try to charge you for a second helmet, which is not normal, but their scooter and helmets are the best quality we had in Kuta.
Wow, you get what you pay for. A little expensive for Lombok, but still a 5 star for us !! Staff were amazing, the place was even better. A little piece of paradise in Kuta, which is a paradise itself !By the way best scooter I’ve driven in Lombok
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and can highly recommend it! The staff was extremely kind and the hotel is located in a quiet area, though you need a scooter to get to the city and the hotel is currently under construction, meaning there are some construction noises during the day. The rooms are extremely clean and nicely decorated. The hotel also offers transport to the airport to a reasonable price and laundry service. Unfortunately our white clothes came out extremely yellow which is a bummer but beyond that, we had a great time!
Everything was so good. We have been 6 days and if we could, we will be more time. The family and the workers are so polite and so friendly, they help us to find a driver who pick up us from bangsal.Then the rooms are totally cleaned without any bad smell. Breakfast also is good.The location is out of kuta but in three minutes in scooter you will be in the center.
A quiet place to enjoy holidays or even work. If you are a digital nomad, you will definitely love working from here. Fast internet access, calm and comfortable atmosphere, delicious food. Complete!Even as holiday accommodation, RaCottage is the place to be. Whether on holiday alone or with family. Our children really enjoyed swimming here. The location is not far from the busy center in Mandalika, but also maintains a calm and peaceful atmosphere.Once you're here, you don't feel like going anywhere else. Enjoy the calm atmosphere of the cottage by reading a book, surfing the internet, watching TV, lying down, or just enjoying a cup of coffee. Oh yes! You can enjoy unlimited coffee or tea, the cottage provides it in the restaurant area.
The place is comfortable and really good, the location is also strategic, only 5 minutes to the Mandalika circuit and Kuta Mandalika beach

Stayed in a bungalow for over a month and have no complaints, best staff, good atmosphere, spacious comfy, clean rooms. They also can look after everything like scooter rentals, washing etc
This place is exceptional! It is very nice, very comfortable. The staff is incredible. Everything is there to stay here in good conditions. I stayed here for several weeks, it was perfect.

We stayed here for over a month and really enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast (I think we ate omlette for 33days in a row lol). Good speed and stable wifi. Nice and big rooms. Housekeeping staff was really active - our rooms was cleaned almost every day. Really calm and quiet environment. Also super safe we never locked the door. 5 min drive from kuta centre and alfamart right before pulling in from main street so all in all great!!
The best place to stay in Kuta! Very friendly and lovely team and so responsive! They will help you with everything immediately. Everything is very clean and so cosy! What an amazing stay. Since the very moment I got there.What a team! Always attentive, helpful and smiley. That makes a stay happy, in a good vibe ☺️.Facilities are clean, in a good condition and looks like new (dont know when they opened).Swimming pool clean and comfortable sunloungers.Very comfy matress and pillow, sheets impolluted. AirCon works smooth and well.Location is perfect if you want to chill, rest and need calm. I was breathing peace.Anyways, this friendly people make everything way better than the good it already is.I wish I knew them earlier.See you next time ☺️🫂

Stay here, you will not be disappointed!!We stayed here for 4 weeks in total and everything was perfect. The pool always clean, grounds lovely, beds comfy and super big and breakfast always tasty.The staff are so lovely and always smiling. Perfect ♥️♥️♥️ we extended our stay for a week because we loved the team (sweetest staff), food, rooms and the atmosphere. This place makes you feel like home. The rooms were super clean and everyday the staff welcomes you with a smile and kindness. We will come back hopefully next week because we had the best time at Ra cottage. 🙏

The concept is a private stay, in front of the cottage there is a pool, there are not many cottages, the place is quiet, and the manager and employees are full of warmth...My room number 8 or 9 didn't really feel the AC because the room was too big, and the toilet flush wasn't working, the technician tried to fix it, but in the end we got another, smaller room but the AC felt cold.Mr Bachtiar, the hotel manager, is super friendly and kind. 7 of us came (4 adults, 3 children) renting 2 rooms on New Year's Eve, we were all welcome to enjoy New Year's Eve dishes with a typical Lombok menu. We also chatted a lot and exchanged WA numbers for future in-touch. Good luck Mr Bachtiar and Racottage

One word to describe this place , amazing.Great place to visit, place to healing and enjoy your day. Fresh air, quite place and you my do your remote job from this place. Friendly staff, they have genuine smile.
Staff were lovely, very efficient, clean rooms, affordable and great pool. The place is set out of the town but it’s easy to rent a bike (which they’ll source for you) and ride into town. I would stay again!
Amazing place to stay! The dorm was clean, the AC worked great, people were all friendly and helpful, the pool was amazing, and breakfast was included which is nice. The only thing I'd note is that the showers weren't draining well when I was there and it's a bit far from the restaurants and the tourist/party areas, but that was not a big deal for me because I had a bike I rented. If you are looking to party or drink, maybe not the best option to have to ride a bike back after. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and quiet place with a pool!
